✔️have used midwives in Ontario within the past five years

✔️can attend a 3-day in-person workshop in Hamilton, Ontario at the end of October, 2025

🟡 During a three-day in-person digital storytelling workshop in Hamilton, ON, participants will create short videos about what gender-affirming language means to them and how it impacts their care experiences. The videos will be shared with midwives and other healthcare providers to help them answer the question: why does gender-affirming language matter? 💻

🟢 Participation includes: an online introductory meeting; the 3-day workshop; and four online meetings over a period of two months to discuss the stories and your experiences of the workshop. You will be compensated $480 for your participation. 📃

🔵 We provide expert workshop facilitation with StoryCentre Canada, as well as participants’ accommodations, meals, childcare, and reasonable transportation costs. 📷

🟣 The workshop will take place in Hamilton, Ontario on October 24-26, 2025. 🖊️
